經(jīng)平陽縣人民政府批準(zhǔn)，平陽縣自然資源和規(guī)劃局決定以拍賣方式公開出讓平陽縣鰲江鎮(zhèn)七星村QX06-1地塊國有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)?，F(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)公告如下：

二、參加競買對(duì)象：競買人資格設(shè)置為法人、自然人和其他組織，法律另有規(guī)定的除外。申請(qǐng)人可以單獨(dú)申請(qǐng)，也可以聯(lián)合申請(qǐng)。
三、本次地塊國有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)拍賣出讓采用增價(jià)拍賣方式，按照價(jià)高者得原則確定競得人。本次拍賣出讓不設(shè)置保留底價(jià)。
四、本次拍賣出讓的詳細(xì)資料和具體要求，見拍賣出讓須知，可登錄浙江省土地使用權(quán)網(wǎng)上交易系統(tǒng)瀏覽或下載。
本次國有建設(shè)用地使用權(quán)拍賣出讓通過浙江省土地使用權(quán)網(wǎng)上交易系統(tǒng)（http://land.zjgtjy.cn/GTJY_ZJ/）進(jìn)行。申請(qǐng)人須按照拍賣須知要求提前辦妥數(shù)字證書，符合競買要求，并按要求足額交納競買保證金，方可參加網(wǎng)上拍賣出讓活動(dòng)。
五、本次拍賣報(bào)名時(shí)間：2021年8月31日—2021年9月6日16時(shí)
競買保證金到賬截止時(shí)間：2021年9月6日16時(shí)
